The Woodlands neighborhood is located at 53rd Avenue and Middle round-about, near Pleasant Valley schools, Crow Creek Park, retail, entertainment and renowned golf courses.
There are three neighborhoods within the Woodlands: Stone Brook, Brookfield Pointe and Lake Forest.
We are located in the Pleasant Valley School district.
The neighborhood boosts a 3-acre flexible recreational area with a 2100 square foot pool and open space for soccer, kit flying, or just hanging out. There are two stocked lakes with a walking trail around Lake Woodland to explore, fish, catch frogs.
